The riding boot Proximo is the sibling of our best-seller, the Maximus riding boot. Both boots are sporty, stylish, and extremely comfortable. However, they differ in terms of color and mainly in material:
The Proximo is made of high-quality oiled leather. Oiled leather promises great flexibility and long durability. From the tanning process, the leather is soaked in vegetable oil. The pores of the leather open up and the oil penetrates deeply through several layers. This results in a slightly memory effect that is particularly noticeable on brown leathers. Oiled leather is significantly more supple, durable, and does not dry out as quickly.
The specially designed shape, the elastic insert on the outside of the calf, and at the lacing area ensure a particularly good and comfortable fit. The side zipper of the boot is ideal for putting it on and taking it off easily and comfortably. The high-quality insoles provide optimal pressure distribution in the arch and are breathable for a cool environment for the feet. The sturdy, non-slip rubber sole of the boot is very flexible, allows for anatomical rolling, and spares the joints.
