Versatile helmet, simple and pleasant for everyday use. Cleaning the shell Wipe the outside with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap. Never use solvents, alcohol, or abrasive products - they damage the materials of the shell.

Washing the inner liner Remove the liner and machine wash it at 30°C on a delicate cycle. Air dry only. Do not use a tumble dryer - heat distorts the foam.

Storage Keep your helmet in its protective cover, away from heat, direct sunlight, and moisture. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of it.

Recommended lifespan Replace your helmet every maximum 5 years, even without a fall. Materials degrade over time, due to sweat and UV exposure.

After a fall Even after a fall, even with no visible damage, we recommend replacing your helmet. Invisible micro-cracks can compromise the structure, and the EPS cannot be replaced without a new complete certification. How to measure my helmet size?

Measure your head circumference with a soft tape measure, above the eyebrows and ears, at the widest point. Repeat 2-3 times and note the highest value. Size in cm = GPA size (e.g., 57 cm → size 57). If you are between sizes, take the larger size.

Can I wash the entire helmet in the washing machine?

No. Only the removable inner liner can be machine washed at 30°C on a delicate cycle. The shell should only be wiped with a damp cloth. Water and heat damage the materials and compromise protection.

Is this helmet certified for FFE competitions?

Yes. All GPA helmets are CE certified EN1384, a standard recognized by the FFE and FEI organizations. Check the specific requirements for your discipline - certain events require additional standards.
